Poole Grammar School was inspected by Ofsted at the end of March and we were rated as a ‘good’ school. The report can be found here.
It was noted in the report that ‘the evidence gathered suggests that the inspection grade might be outstanding if a graded (section 5) inspection were carried out now. The school’s next inspection will be a graded inspection.

Ofsted Remote Interim Visit – 26 November 2020
This was not an inspection but a ‘visit’ and was for one day only. The visit was non-judgemental and so no grades were given, no lessons observed, and student, parent and staff voice was not sought. The purpose of the visit was to reassure and inform parents, government and the public about how schools are managing the return to full education for all students. The visits are intended to help parents and the public to understand how individual schools are returning to the school’s normal curriculum.
