The timeline for the main entrance test for September 2025 has now closed.

*Please note that the online registration form is hosted by Bournemouth School for Boys on their website.  Please select ‘Late Registration Form’. On page 3 of the form you will be asked “Would the student prefer to sit the entrance tests at either Bournemouth School or Poole Grammar School?” please select Poole Grammar School to sit the test here.

ADMISSION TO YEAR 7 IN SEPTEMBER 2026
The entrance test will be held on the morning of Saturday 20 September 2025 (TBC).
Online registration for the entrance test by 12 noon on Friday 5th September 2025 (TBC).
Poole Grammar School must be added as a choice on the secondary school application to the appropriate local authority by 12 noon on 31 October 2025 (TBC).
