The build started in April 2022 after many years of planning.  The old original gyms built in 1966 were demolished in July 2022 to make way for our state-of-the-art eco-friendly facility.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 The site was then prepared for the first phase of the build itself, the steel framework!

 

 

 

 

 

Once the steel framework was in place, Dr Smith was invited to tighten the last bolt at the top of framework.  Good job she wasn’t scared of heights!

Then the roof and interior started taking shape.
